Image #3: Selecting "Run a Scan" from the previous image brings up Norton's scanning engine. Norton Antivirus will scan your computer for Viruses, Spyware, Worms and Trojans - and report the results to you, allowing you to determine how you want Norton to deal with the problem (or simply use Norton's suggestion).
